Because our Moringa powder is a natural, perishable food product, we have specific guidelines for returns and cancellations to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or until it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, please email support@thevedaleaf.com with your Order ID.
Returns
- Safety First: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the vacuum seal or packaging has been opened.
- Unopened Items: If you change your mind, you may return unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right!
Please email us at support@thevedaleaf.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect product.
2. Your Order Number
We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
